Exchange Policy

General Policy

Mothercare branded merchandise are warrant against manufacturer's fault. Defective items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchased, but must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging. An original receipt must be produced to show proof of purchase in Singapore.

For personal hygiene purposes, products which are toiletries, underwear (inner garments), lingerie & accessories, bedding, feeding items (unless faulty) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In addition, merchandise sold as promotional sale items are not covered in the exchange policy. Goods sold at the Baby Fair is not exchangeable or returnable.

Incorrect Item Delivered

For any wrong item sent to you, we will provide the correct item and retrieve the incorrect item at our cost. A exchange can be provided or a refund may be processed based on customer preference. 

For Wrong Size Purchase & Exchange

For all exchange queries, please contact one of our friendly customer service members on the contact details provided below. Please note that Mothercare will only offer exchange for items of equal value or above. For all exchanges of higher value you will be required to pay the difference in amount. Please note we do not offer exchange on promotional items. We offer exchange providing the item(s) is in good condition and original state of packaging.

For non-mothercare branded merchandise, please note that terms of warranty are honoured and limited by different local distributors. Products are usually warrant against manufacturers' defects unless otherwise stated. Below is a listing of customer service centres.
